Most recently led executive searches for both film & TV for Paramount Pictures, Paramount Players, Paramount TV Studios, Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon Animation Studios, CBS Studios, Showtime Networks, MTV, Awesomeness, Noggin, VidCon & Paramount+. Started my career in Chicago working in retail sales at Lord & Taylor. Left sales and moved to the staffing industry and eventually made the transition in-house at Comcast in Los Angeles. Soon after that it was on to 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, FOX Networks Group and back on the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood as Vice President, Talent Acquisition.

Responsible for providing a consultative approach in the delivery of Talent Acquisition services, on behalf of the Fox Networks Group portfolio of companies (Fox Broadcasting/FX/National Geographic/Fox Sports).
Responsible for the recruitment and retention of all levels from Directors to Presidents for Home Media, Theatrical Marketing (Domestic and International), Theatrical Distribution, Production, Animation, Studio Operations & Creative. Work closely with HR business partners and Hiring Managers to assist with recruitment efforts; developing recruitment strategies including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Work closely with internal and external customer partners to develop strong business relationships.
