With 25 years of global multi sites Operations Management with key competences in Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma in complex, large-scale environments, in P&L turnaround and quality breakthrough (QRQC), in Change Management and Restructuring through Plant layoffs & big Plant closure in crisis situation, in plant Transfer (in & out) with Fast Ramp up, in Business Integration of big Customer plant. I have worked for multinational companies in industrial sectors such as Aeronautics, Electronics and Automotive as well as smaller companies in luxury and naval businesses and had the chance to experience a couple of expatriations, 3 years each, in Tunisia and California (USA). I am very motivated with challenges of global change management in a crisis context and place systematically people at the heart of every transformation, understanding their aspirations, and recognizing their contributions in order to foster a true culture of continuous improvement leading to solve critical issues, deliver substantial gains in operational efficiency and in continuously improving customer satisfaction.
• Deploy Grundfos Production System in all 25 Main Plants in America, Europe and Asia • Set up Lean & Six Sigma Group Standards and lead Regional and Plant deployments and results • Saved during this period €19 Million through 1 500 Kaizen workshops
FY2021 revenue of €348 Million, 1 500 associates, 5 plants • Managed all Division Plants in China, Denmark, France, Serbia and USA as well as support functions: Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Strategy & HR • Improved Customers Line Return from 200 ppm to 64 ppm through QRQC deployment • Led Costs reductions initiatives (Transfers to Low Costs, Lay off, DTV, purchasing, …) • Chaired 2 layoffs • Turnaround HVAC OEM Division Group EBIT from -16% in 2017 to +2% in 2020

FY 2014 revenue of $128 Million, 800 associates, 2 Plants • Supervised 3 main customers de-escalation in 2014: Audi, GM and PSA • Chaired a 225 associates lay off without any customer impact • Deployed a 2 production sites VSM (Value Stream Mapping) consolidated into 1 Plant • Achieved 2014 and S1 2015 very challenging Financial Budget
FY 2012 revenue of €36 Million, 300 associates, 3 plants • Defined and deployed Group Strategy across 3 plants (2 in France and 1 in China) • Managed group functions: HR, Marketing & Sales, R&D, After Sales, Plants, Finance, Quality • Doubled Operating Profit in 1 year, won a new client (LV) and closed Spanish Sales office
