DREEM — Where culinary art meets living history. As Founder and CEO of DREEM, I work at the intersection of haute cuisine, design, and material heritage — translating history into contemporary cultural experiences at the table. At the heart of DREEM stands the DREEM Food Stage – “Feuerland” Edition: a strictly limited series of presentation artefacts crafted from original oak wood of the historic research vessel Feuerland (1927). Developed in close collaboration with internationally renowned Michelin-starred chefs, each Food Stage is unique — not as an object, but as a stage for irreproducible culinary moments. DREEM does not create products. It creates contexts. Contexts in which the world’s finest dishes are served — on the deck of a sailing yacht in Monaco, in a private penthouse above New York, on a remote island far from any audience, or wherever hosting becomes a cultural act rather than a service. My journey began in traditional wood craftsmanship with Splint-Holz and continues today with DREEM — from material expertise to cultural authorship.
