Procurement of Hospitality and ticketing for sporting and cultural events at optimum prices, developing and costing hospitality solutions and packages. • Negotiating with suppliers on commission rates, prices and stock levels and gaining the best commercial solutions • Sourcing venues for Corporate Christmas and Summer parties • Creating bespoke packages on request within the UK and Overseas • Dealing with many suppliers including UK and International based Race Courses, Music promoters, Charities, Sporting venues and Event operators • Work closely with the legal department regarding contracts with suppliers in order to promote, market and sell their products • Successful business development and negotiation with suppliers • Proactively source additional event information for the benefit of the Account Directors and executives within the team • Support the sales team, to maximise revenues Specialties: Event Management, Sporting Hospitality, Product Launches, Incentive programmes, Corporate Hospitality Sales
