-Over seeing and planning of all projects situated on the U.S. Air Force Base Abu Dhabi. -Acting as the main point of contact between the company and the U.S. Air Force representatives; -Approving all material purchase orders and sub contract agreements; - Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; -Preparing and submitting stage payment invoices; - Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; -Organizing security clearance for workers, sub-contractors and materials; - Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise; - Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; - Ensuring all materials used and worked performed is as per specification; - Liaising with any consultants, sub contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring foremen, labor force and the work of sub-contractors; -Over seeing and planning of the in-situ concrete foundations and the erection of the structural buildings - Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; - Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; - Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise; - Acting as the a technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors; - Setting out, leveling and site surveying; - Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; - Ensuring all materials used and worked performed is as per specification; - Liaising with any consultants, sub contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
