I, film directing major in University, was born with the great interest in advertising both traditional and digital. After graduating form School, having 6 years agency working experience. Starting from Film Editing to Project Management, it is quite a long journey but gained a lot. 3 years at DDB, met tons of talented people in different fields and departments, No matter who I worked with Creatives\Account\3rd Parties, we united as a whole, learn and encourage each other.,team work is the core spirit. After that on May,2015, I decided to moved to Edelman, the PR company as Project Manager to get more comprehensive skills. get to know different industries as well. Then 2016 joined TBWA creative agency as digital producer, worked for 2years plus 4months. Awesome experience managed many diversed projects/integrated/digital/social/ecommerce and CRM. All projects are making me excited and leading me forward to the person I wish I can be. As a qualified Project Manager, the basic responsibility is to manage projects effectively and efficiently, utilizing the budget reasonably and to deliver on time with perfect quality. Besides, I do believe as a PM you have to learn everyday, not only for executing the ideas, but also providing the advanced technology vision to the team, to share the knowledge in order to make a better piece of work. no matter it is ATL/BTL/Social or CRM. keep on learning with whole of my life.. As for me, whenever I got a job or a task, always trying my best to get better result. From Concept to Prototype, Wireframe to Layout design, Tech-specs to Deliverables, Individual to Collaboration, making sure each process is on the track. I often say my favorite thing is thinking for solutions. The solution is based on learning and disrupting.
