I have learned a lot in life. I have learned that to become stronger, one must face adversity. I suffered plenty of my own. I have learned it's best to remember those struggles, but not dwell in them. Today, I wish to work for a company that has a mindset similar to my own. A company that thrives on productivity while still caring for it's employees with all it's heart. I believe a company can't focus too much on any one objective, it must equally concern itself with many different ones. These objectives must be based upon priorities established. Priorities such as The well-being of the employees, the satisfaction of customers, and the growth of the company. It's easy to start looking at any one of these priorities with a blind eye. However, success can only be achieved through outside audits and examinations. The objective opinion is extremely useful. I see myself having a very bright future. I am excited about joining a company and helping them grow. Let's do this!
I ensure that the material required for the manufacturing of electrical connectors remains available. The position utilizes a forklift. In the Material Handler A position I oversee a few other guys on my shift to ensure uptime and other tasks getting achieved.
Changing out reels of product to maintain production levels at peak. Communicating effectively with all members of the staff. Ensuring product quality by visually inspecting all reels of product. Ensuring safety of all individuals by looking out for one another.
I ensured that all customers desiring our product received courteous and timely service with a smile.
I helped to care for individuals with learning disabilities. I provided the support necessary so that they were able to care for themselves, and other people.
