Aligns company policies with franchisees. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Targets: - Maintain standard inventory levels and merchandise displays. - Implement promotions effectively. 2. EBIT Achievement: - Manage store expenses within approved limits. - Keep inventory loss and disposals within acceptable percentages. 3. Operational Compliance: - Ensure positive store audits and mystery shopper results. - Address franchisee violations. 4. Customer Service: - Develop and implement customer service initiatives. - Address customer complaints promptly. 5. Administrative Functions: - Conduct bi-weekly store visits. - Verify AA-Rank products availability. - Weekly review of the Purchase and Return List weekly.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets for the outlet. - Improve operational systems, marketing, advertising, and promotions, providing feedback to management. - Attend meetings to discuss financial performance and staffing. - Monitor food production costs and reduce wastage. - Ensure product consistency in taste, quality, appearance, and temperature. - Conduct daily stocktaking, sales reporting, and banking. - Train new staff on operations. - Approve leave, allocate daily duties, and supervise staff performance. - Conduct staff appraisals and interviews for feedback on their experiences. - Enforce disciplinary guidelines and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Coordinate projects to ensure quality and meet deadlines. - Share relevant information about the Philippine Coffee Industry. - Implement marketing initiatives for Philippine Coffee. - Maintain relationships with merchants of the Philippine Coffee Board. - Supervise report development and analysis. - Manage staff according to company policies. - Provide coaching and career development support. - Set goals and conduct performance reviews for employees. - Oversee staff scheduling and training. - Lead staff meetings and ensure productivity goals are met. - Perform other assigned duties.
