I founded DPS GreenPay LLC in 2010 after five years as tax manager with Dominion Payroll. Working directly with businesses alerted me to the many issues businesses deal with accepting credit cards. Knowing the value added by working with a local alternative, I knew we could ease the pain associated with accepting credit cards. After eight years, and almost a thousand businesses helped, we teamed up with Reliable Bankcard to form Reliable Payments in 2018. Our one goal is to be the best merchant services company in Richmond, in Virginia, and ultimately in the US. We do this by focusing on our core values, and how they specifically benefit our customers, our coworkers, and our community. Each decision we make, we ask ourselves, how does this match up with our core values, and how does it benefit our customers, our office, and our community as a whole. If ALL of those parties benefit, we move forward, but if only one party does not benefit, the entire idea is scrapped. By following these guidelines, we know we are making our industry a better place, and in doing that, we are truly helping our customers.

I work with businesses to help them ease the pain associated with accepting credit cards. I work with all types of businesses, from retail and restaurants, to B2B companies working with Federal and State contracts. Our number one goal is to help clarify the in's and out's of this industry, so that our customers as sure they are in the best hands. We focus on the three C's of processing: 1) Cost: We ensure our merchants that they are paying the most competitive rates available, do not lock them into binding contracts with exorbitant termination fees, and work with our merchants as they grow, adjusting their rates as processing increases. 2) Complexity: We work with our merchants to ensure they have the best products available, as well as the services that fit their needs. Whether they need a POS system, terminals at a storefront, or an integrated CRM System, we work with them all to remove complexity from standard business processes. And 3) Compliance: This is the most important piece of the puzzle nowadays. As CC Processing becomes more widespread, the incidences of fraud are growing exponentially. We work with our merchants to inform them of best practices, things to watch out for, and an internal team of Risk Prevention experts that will provide our customers with the security they need.
