I began my mechanical career in 1991 as a Pump Service apprentice. Later I went back to school and completed the HVAC apprenticeship and worked as a HVAC Journeyman. Soon after I became the All Trades Foreman for the School Board of Broward County, Energy Management and Conservation Department. I Manage the SBBC’s Building Automation Systems for All Trades. Currently my team is coordinating the BAS upgrades and integration of the HVAC, Security and lighting systems for 260 schools and administrative offices. We manage and maintain all of these systems on a single platform. Our Goal is to reduce Energy consumption while maintaining a safe environment for all. This involves supporting the Districts Security Operations Center, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Irrigation Departments. My company Patrick Gallagher LLC. Develops and Maintains Automation for HVAC Plumbing, irrigation and industrial systems.

Currently working with the Environmental Health and Safety Energy Conservation Utility Management Department as the HVAC / All Trade Foreman. Supervising the Building Automation HVAC Security and Lighting systems for over 260 schools and administrative offices.
