The Philanthropy Manager supports the fundraising goals of Naples Botanical Garden by leading donor pipeline management, overseeing mid-level giving strategies, and ensuring high-quality donor communications. This role plays a key part in strengthening the Garden’s philanthropic culture and advancing mission-driven development efforts. A strong team player, the Philanthropy Manager must be a collaborative partner across departments and within the Development team.
The Philanthropy Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the President and CEO and the Director of Development. The position will directly manage processes related to donor stewardship, written communications, and calendar scheduling/coordination. This position is not a hybrid position and requires a high-level of visibility among Garden colleagues and donors and is an integral communicator between Garden leaders and stakeholders.
The Visitor Experience Lead facilitates a positive and memorable visitor experience by ensuring all Education & Visitor Experience (EVE) content is factually correct, including information shared on tours, signage, and elsewhere; keeping the department apprised of new research and Garden happenings, such as blooming plants; and coordinates operational aspects of the EVE department. This position works collaboratively within the department as well as interdepartmentally across the organization.
