JLL Corporate Solutions provide Integrated Facilities Management Services to Government Property NSW. PNSW Account has a portfolio of 1200+ properties, including 4 major clusters: Transport, Treasury, Industry and Family & Community. Our LA Team delivers million-dollar rent roll each month. -Developed positive customer relationships with senior government clients, government tenant agencies and Landlord; -Responsible for the day to day operations of the lease management function and delivered monthly rent roll by utilizing innovative JLL Portfolio system; -Provided Lease Administration KPI reporting and analysis to Account Director and Government Client in cluster meetings; -Monitored all rent reviews, critical dates with Property Managers/Directors on an ongoing basis; -Prepared and tracked leasing legal documents (Occupancy Agreement) to Government tenants; -Analysed rental & outgoings reconciliations, review variance report, and processed Landlord invoices as required; -Coordinated with Finance Team to manage the payment process; -Assisted in Account Director/Property Managers for other tenant arrears issue and lease management tasks.
