I am a CPA and an attorney, and the managing partner of Burke & Schindler, P.L.L. Burke & Schindler, established in 1984, is an independent accounting firm that provides audit and assurance, tax compliance and planning, dispute consulting, benefit plan design and administration, executive recruiting and financial staffing. I am an expert in business financing and deal structuring. My creative financial deal structuring enables many of my clients to receive highly leveraged bank financing for capital equipment purchases, building construction, and business acquisitions I have successfully advised over 80 highly successful start-ups. My advice focuses on ownership, deal structuring, creative financing, deal management and tax and estate planning. Litigation support experience includes consulting and testifying in the areas of contract disputes, domestic matters including business valuation, and banking issues. I am also Chairman of the Board of Directors of a closely held $30 million medical consulting company and is a board member (including chairmanship of the audit and compensation committees) of a closely held $400 million real estate service business.
