I am an experienced educator, trainer, coach, and mentor. I have vast experience in learning and development. I am passionate about using formative assessment to identify learning objectives, developing action plans depending on needs, delivering dynamic and differentiated instruction, and using summative assessment to measure learning outcomes. I am a veteran teacher with deep experience in education. I have the unique capability to translate complex topics into meaningful learning opportunities. I am known for making personal connections as well as teaching a wide range of diverse populations. My area of expertise surrounds developing relevant content and knowing how to deploy it. As a leader, I am dependable and affable. I use my facilitative and presentation skills to effectively deliver knowledge to my target audience. Moving forward, I have made the elective intentional decision to architect a new chapter with my high skill set in learning and development.       For approximately a decade, I was integral to the baseball program of this high school After starting as an Associate, I eventually served as the head coach and leader for Varsity, Junior Varsity, Sophomore, and Freshman programs. I always strived to maximize the talent of my players while offering expansive insight into the game of baseball. My approach was to focus on fundamentals while also imparting some game strategy.
