Low budget commercial production. 400+ yearly corporate/industrial video production. Various weekly web deliveries. Designed and managed a six person production logistics departmet responsible for the scheduling of all our daily production needs. Maximized the talents of our "in-house" staff in order to minimize outside costs. Created then implemented new system for the building of production budgets. Introduced new procedures that tied production planning to production budgets.
Created and produced NASCAR This Morning. Weekly live 90 minute pre-race show for Fox Sports Net. NTM cotained studio analysis with demonstrations, live remote hits with two way interviews from race locations and pre-produced feature content. Created and produced NASCAR Victory Lane.
