With over 25years of experience in the financial services, capital markets, and logistics sectors, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the digital transformation of these industries. He leverages his expertise to identify, invest in, and help to scale the most innovative and fast-growing B2B software businesses in Europe and beyond. At Yttrium, Patrick focuses on growth equity investments in the areas of financial services, logistics, and HR tech, where he has built a strong network of portfolio companies, co-investors, and industry partners. He also serves on the board of several leading B2B tech companies, such as HeyJobs, PriceHubble, Zencargo, and Seven Senders, where he supports their strategic vision, operational excellence, and global expansion. Patrick's mission is to empower the next generation of B2B tech entrepreneurs and to create lasting value for all stakeholders. Before founding Yttrium, Patrick was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. He co-led the Corporate Finance Practice and the Market Infrastructure Practice and served banks, global custodians, asset managers, insurers and stock/derivatives exchanges globally. He gained deep business and managerial insights into strategy, finance, risk management and regulatory areas and has built a broad, senior and international network in financial services and beyond.
