• Launch new Kubota Construction Equipment products to enhance Kubota's market share and customer penetration • Key Construction Equipment presenter during the Kubota Summer Sales and Connect Dealer Meetings • Author of the Construction Equipment product information bulletins (PIB) and product development requests (PDR) • Work directly with the Construction Equipment Business Develop Managers to help grow Kubota market share • Manage pricing, product information, and Marketing material • Complete product and market research including new product surveys
• Support Sales staff and Dealer network with Large Excavator product inquires • Plan and support Dealer and Internal product training(s) • Plan and Launch new Large Excavator product offerings • Work directly with LEX Sales Manager to hit sales numbers – quarterly and yearly • Assist Dealers and Customers with LEX product installations and demonstrations
• Currently manage over 110 pieces of John Deere excavation and earth-moving equipment • Rent, Manage, and Release our rental fleet of over 60 pieces of equipment • Work directly with (15) job Foreman for their daily equipment and operator needs • Manage 68 Heavy equipment operators • Manage transportation of equipment to and from job sites • Continue to build key relationships with customers by visiting and quoting jobs on a daily basis • Work directly under the Operations Manager on day to day operations
