• Handling all promotional executions and trade marketing agenda for Dubai Duty Free, the largest travel retail customer, contributing to 70% of the GCC travel retail business. • Developed the yearly activity calendar in line with the customer marketing team and ensured all promotions and activations are executed within the set budgets. • Joint customer business planning (JCBP) with key stakeholders in Dubai Duty Free for brand activations and strategy for fiscal year. • Managing several stakeholders across the business including creative, production, promotional agencies, wholesalers and the customer.

• Managing over 30 trend leading accounts in the HORECA channel with an NSV of over £3M. • Supervised a team of 6 merchandisers to ensure product availability and visibility across all outlets as per QDVP3 platform. • Manage the commercial budget to invest in the co-creation of the consumer rituals, sell out promotions, staff trainings and incentive plans. • Designed and executed 360° commercial plans that leverage brand building and sales driver activation to accelerate sales of brand portfolio in more than 30 leading accounts in Lebanon. • Led the development and implementation of quarterly business reviews, category reviews and joint customer business plans (JCBP). • Led negotiations of trade term agreements with HORECA clients, resulting in increasing our existing sponsored accounts by 20% and delivering 40% growth year on year for our white spirits portfolio.
