Resuming supervisory duties while performing analysis and other activities to identify new business opportunities, products and services to enhance the international reach of the Kaiser Group. In addition as leader of the marketing team, utilizing synergies between the areas ensuring proper communication and marketing strategies are in place, digital marketing projects are executed on time and on budget and marketing events are coordinated leading to overall success.
In addition to project and product management duties, the focus was in leading all aspects of teams including the definition of targets, resource planning, training, etc. Another important aspect related to driving innovation within the Kaiser Group while assessing market potential, opportunities and risks for new commercial products.
Managed the product life cycle of electrical installation and industrial products and resumed the role as representative for Roxtec Partition Systems. While identifying market trends, development and opportunities, I prepared materials to allow for informed investment decisions relevant to new products. Subsequently, this role was responsible to define launch activities and to monitor and support the market introduction.
Developed and constructed various shaft materials on a variety of elevator systems meeting technical specification given. While defining processes and guidelines for quality assurance, this role was also responsible to analyze production costs and detect opportunities to optimize them. While supporting audits and creating appropriate training, this role resumed responsibilityas a Project Lead in February of 2005. In this capacity the managementof international projects and teams around the world was equally part of the role as ensuring appropriateproject documentation and accountabilitywas in place.
