A motivated ESD Consultant with over 9 years’ experience working closely with local councils in each Australian State and Territory, successfully delivering Energy Efficiency reports for multiple residential and commercial buildings. I am an Accredited NatHERS assessor and Green Star Accredited Professional. I also hold a Bachelor in Architecture and a Masters of Sustainable Development.
• Providing ESD consultancy services tailored to meet clients' sustainability goals. • Preparing Energy Efficiency Reports and other compliance documents for various projects across Australia. • Conducting NatHERS modelling and NCC 2022 Section J Deemed to Satisfy assessments. • Managing Green Star submission processes, advising teams on the required documentations for submission with GBCA. • Assisting in Green Star thermal models, daylight models, LCA and energy models to achieve credits for respective categories for Green Star projects.
• Thermal modelling and optimisation packages, testing different insulation and window performance combinations to improve energy efficiency. • Generate project fee proposals for clients, job scopes, maintaining and growing clientele. • Management of weekly reports on budgets and pipeline scheduled work. • Training and supervising ESD interns and ESD team leaders, assigning projects and doing final checks.
• Preparation of BASIX, BESS, Section J, SDA and other compliance reports for residential and commercial buildings according to each state and council requirement. • Assisting in JV3 assessment using thermal modelling software (DesignBuilder) and in Green Star thermal models. • Energy Efficiency Assessments for residential and commercial projects throughout Australia - Thermal Comfort Software Simulation NatHERS Certification using Bers Pro software.
• Advising clients in the interior design and selection of products such as ceramic tiles, glass/stone mosaics, and laminate colours. • Monitoring of sales and stock control, taking off plans and quoting, liaison with builders and designers, credit control and organising deliveries. • Visual merchandising and creation of schemes for displays.
