Patricia has 20 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, social risk and impact assessment, resettlement planning and due diligence with in compliance with international standards such as IFC Performance Standards, IDB policies and best practices. Patricia worked with civil society organization and developed a great experience in strategic planning, capacity building, training, monitoring and evaluation of projects, international advocacy and dialogue with multi stakeholders. During her career, Patricia has specialized in human rights and indigenous peoples issues as researcher, promoter, consultant and advisor.

Implementing the Extractive Industries Program in South America, focusing on indigenous and hydrocarbon projects in the Amazon (Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia). Activities include development Oxfam’s campaigns, policies and intervention strategies, grants, monitoring and evaluation of projects, research, advocacy in the United States and the Andean region, promoting networking and multi stakeholder dialogue.
