• Caters to customer/buyer inquiries for the company’s Shopee and Lazada accounts. • Monitors products that are nearing expiry date or sold out. • Assists customers, especially when returning a product or issuing a refund.
-Works alongside the account manager and art director. Works with client briefs to conceive, develop, and produce effective advertising campaigns. -Provides the verbal or written copy for an advertising campaign. Sometimes, can also provide visuals that may strongly fit any need, based on clients' wants. -Creates slogans, catchphrases, messages and straplines for printed adverts and leaflets. Also involved in writing text for web advertising, as well as scripts for radio jingles and TV commercials.
-Actively helps in the conceptualizing, planning, and developing of digital and printed materials based on the requirements and specifications of ASSIST and its partners. -Help in formulating the communications strategy of projects and programs in order to increase visibility and participation among target audiences. -Develop knowledge products on past and on-going projects including creation of learning modules for specific audiences (Modules on Financial Literacy, Mobile Literacy, Using of Google Productivity tools, and Social Media Marketing.), monthly newsletters, reports, and articles for internal and external circulation. -Maintain communications with past and current partners, updating and informing when necessary regarding new products and programs that may be of interest. -Create a Filipino translation of the game Master of Disaster, a board game that aims to teach children of different abilities and varying educational backgrounds how to prepare and actively respond to the most common disasters in the Philippines.
