Patrice Morot has been appointed Global Risk services leader for PwC network as of 1 July 2025. He is responsible for creating and executing PwC’s Global Risk Services strategy across a number of risk services including Enterprise Risk & Controls, Enterprise Technology & AI, Regulatory Compliance, Cyber & Privacy, Financial Risk Management, Risk & Data Modelling, Forensics, Internal Audit, Capital Projects & Infrastructure. He joined PwC in 1990 within the Banking and Capital Markets department and was promoted Partner in 2002. Since then, he has taken several management responsabilities: CEO of PwC France and Maghreb from July 2021 to July 2025 and as such member of PwC Strategy Council; Head of Audit and other Assurance services for PwC France from 2017 to 2021; created the Risk Assurance & Advisory Services practice of PwC France in 2012. He is currently Global Client Partner (GCP) for large audit and non audit clients. As a GCP and with more than 30 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to large multinational financial and non financial institutions in France and abroad, Patrice has in depth experience with dealing with C-suite, Boards and Audit Committees.
