New York, New York, United States
I build and run businesses at the intersection of culture, talent, media, and commerce. For nearly two decades I have been the person who makes ambitious, talent-led ventures function as real companies, across sports, music, media, and global consumer brands, where creative ambition meets operational complexity. For nearly a decade I ran the full enterprise behind NBA champion and investor Andre Iguodala: a $200M+ investment portfolio across 80+ companies including Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, and Carta, the media company New Amendment, and the lifestyle brand Good Counsel. I built the operating systems, partnerships, and governance around the talent, negotiated co-ownership stakes in Leeds United FC and Bay Area FC, managed relationships with CAA and WME, and executive produced The Sixth Man, Andre's New York Times number one bestselling memoir. Most recently, Specsavers recruited me at the SVP level to lead its U.S. market entry. When the company made a strategic pivot and acquired IDOC, a 1,600-member national network, I led the integration of the two organizations, the rebrand, and the redesign of the combined operating model, and built the marketing function from the ground up. I report to the U.S. CEO and sit on the U.S. Operating Board. It has been some of the most complex transformation work of my career. Earlier, at Translation, I led the launch of Budweiser's Made in America Festival with JAY-Z, Roc Nation, and Live Nation, scaling it to 150,000+ attendees and 80+ markets globally. I began in brand and culture marketing at Momentum Worldwide and Turner Broadcasting. I have never really separated brand, business, and culture. I do not think they work when you do. I am most energized by businesses where creative talent, cultural relevance, and operational complexity intersect.
Built and led operations for an athlete-owned, full-service content studio co-founded by Andre Iguodala and Evan Turner. Directed a 20-person team across podcasts, film, TV, digital content, and live events. Executive produced Point Forward Podcast in partnership with Vox Media — growing the show to 3M+ downloads and scaling revenue fivefold through brand partnerships and distribution strategy.
Operating partner and chief of staff to NBA champion and investor Andre Iguodala for nearly a decade, running one of the most commercially sophisticated athlete enterprises in the country. I built and ran the operating systems, partnerships, governance, and businesses around the talent: a $200M+ investment portfolio across 80+ companies including Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, and Carta; the media company New Amendment; and the lifestyle brand Good Counsel. I designed how the enterprise ran day to day, including team structure, operating cadence, and reporting, and coordinated across the principal, legal counsel, investors, agencies, and broadcast partners. I negotiated co-ownership stakes in Leeds United FC (Premier League) and Bay Area FC (NWSL), managed long-term relationships with CAA and WME, and executive produced The Sixth Man, Andre's New York Times number one bestselling memoir.
