Responsible for production, quality control and technical aspects of development for industry leading DVD, Blu-ray, 4K releases World Wide for titles including: Game of Thrones, True Detective, Succession, Sharp Objects, Ballers, Silicon Valley, Warrior, Strike Back, Veep, Barry, Crashing, HBO Original Films, HBO Documentaries.
• Liaise with HBO HE Business Planning (domestic & international) and Creative Marking teams to form schedules and strategies to meet business needs for Global DVD/Blu-Ray/4k releases. • Work with departments and teams across HBO to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of all approved assets and images for encoding, authoring, packaging and delivery to outside vendors for physical product releases. • Manage all external vendors to coordinate various stages of the production process across HBO/Cinemax titles from start to finish. This includes menu design, compression, authoring and QC. Ensuring all projects are completed under condensed timelines, while maintaining the highest of standards in premium content released for purchase. • Collaborate with Creative Marketing teams on product development and title configuration; including representing HBO in the production of commentaries with actors, executive producers, directors and writers. • Manage menu localization in multiple languages, including translations, design, and territory review. • Maintain tracking documents on video assets, domestic/foreign audios & subtitles and QC reports on a daily basis to ensure projects are on track. • Maintain/upload weekly Production Schedules for all active projects to relevant stakeholders, globally. • Approve final images for delivery to all territory replication facilities utilized by HBO for all titles. • Manage and oversee production budgets including vendor payment, budget tracking and reporting. • Co-lead production from start to finish for HBO’s yearly Emmy Nomination Boxset. Liaising with multiple teams to ensure all security measures are taken when working with pre-air content.
• Create customized reports for Operations and Account Management, geared towards providing full visibility to North American territory promo-specific and general replenishment forecasts. • Maintain reports to provide up-to-date information on SKU repackaging, current inventory depletion, estimated returns exposure, packaging component inventory, digital copy expiration, etc. • Manage the placement of manufacturing, rework & sort purchase orders. Including cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and flagging SKU returns to be redirected to Quality Inspection stock. • Monitor/trouble shoot issues that arise within the manufacturing/rework process for North America. • Manage the tracking and delivery of all DVD/Blu-ray packaging components coming from all our Print vendors, while ensuring accuracy of all components on order. • Work with the Warner Home Video teams to ensure proper build & maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials) for each SKU. • Collaborate with multiple teams within the Home Entertainment Department to finalize all aspects of our New Releases and Repackages. • QC all artwork for DVD/Blu-ray packaging, merchandising corrugates. • Maintain tracking schedule to assist in executing all retail merchandising corrugate artwork delivery. • Interact on a daily basis with our Vendors, Warner Home Video and interdepartmental teams, to ensure all day-to-day tasks are completed and addressed as needed. • Run ad hoc reports on individual SKU performance and any other data requests as needed. • Cover other Ops team member’s responsibilities as needed. Tasks include running distribution focused reports (current sales/open orders/all upcoming SKU forecasts) to processing incoming accommodation orders.
Municipal Bonds Analyst: • Responsible for all aspects of capturing, processing, and maintaining multiple issuer’s financials and continuing disclosure documents to the Bloomberg system to provide greater transparency. • Compile research in regards to current open bonds issued under Obligors. • Research company filings to provide accurate debt structure of a company on Bloomberg and add to the overall quality of our Municipal Bonds Product. Wealth Data Analyst: • Contribute to a goal of completing 1000 plans per quarter. • Utilize multiple resources - Excel Macro, Bloomberg Terminal, & DOL website to locate most current 401k data for public and private US companies (Form 5500/11-K). • Utilize API to compare historical pricing data for savings plan options to identify correct share classes. • Assist in the creation, testing, and progression of the Wealth macro tool. • Provide quality checks on 401k plans and upload plan investment structures to Bloomberg. • Assist in training new employees on Bloomberg's Wealth product. • Run error reports utilizing Excel on 401k data to progress and perfect training procedures. • Handle development requests from clients for new 401k plans (DRQS requests). Mutual Fund Analyst: • Research and update critical data points for North American mutual funds. • Utilize the Bloomberg system to locate and analyze Fund Annual Reports, Prospectus’, and SAI Forms. 529 Holdings Analyst: • Responsible for locating and maintaining up-to-date information regarding College 529 plans. • Update and QA holdings data for individual portfolios using a 529 Prospectus’ • Use analytic skills & Excel functionality to determine correct amount of holdings, market value, and current share price for all allocated investment options within a given portfolio. • Updating Portfolios within the Bloomberg system with specified share class information and critical data points.
