Fifty plus years of retail experience, my entire career. Like many retail grocery Store Owners/Managers some of my first responsibilities were to sweep and wash floors, collect shopping carts and stock the shelves. Moving my way through many levels of responsibility becoming a Department Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, District Manager on the Wholesale side and currently a Retail Grocery Business Owner. I've mentored many individuals during my career, some of which are currently Managers at different levels. I am proficient in all aspects of profitable retail operations. A proven leader, teacher, team builder, motivator, strategic planner, analyst, and problem solver.
