Promoted to a new position at ZF starting July 7th 2014 as a Quality Technician.
Working in the Commercial Vehicle Department on warranty evaluations. From testing to analyzing warranty clutch claims. Writing reports and communicating the results. Manage the clutch inventory and purchasing system, ordering parts and entering purchase orders into SAP. Testing clutch components on class 8 trucks. Instrumenting the truck with test equipment to evaluate clutch performance and troubleshooting any issues. Working with engineering to build and test clutches.
Manage a 1000hp Froude Electric Dyno, from installing engines to testing and complete overhauls. Extensive experience in Metal Fabrication and welding. Setting up engines in dyno cells, making engine mounts, exhaust system, intake piping. Setting up and running NVH engine test, mounting and wiring of accelerometers and microphones. Diesel Emissions testing.
