As a creative entrepreneur and the founder/CEO of Iventions, I’m wired creatively and have a strong radar for innovation. Architecture, design, project-orientation and entrepreneurship: they’re in my DNA. With 25 years of experience in the event world, I’ve been involved in creating extraordinary projects, such as the UEFA Champions League Finals, Mobile World Congress and the Olympic Games.
Iventions event architects are experts in the creative design, development, and management of innovative event experiences for brands and organizers. Creative design and production management for UEFA Champions League Finals Hospitality, Mobile World Congress exhibits, DIA congress, ISE Congress, NYU Conference, Godo Tennis, Final Four Basketball, European Commission Roadshow, ISE Congress, World Aquatics. Projects undertaken in 27 countries.
Founder and owner of this Dutch/German venture with the mission to create Safe Air Spaces. AIR8 introduces state-of-the-art innovation and technology that is immediately available for creating sanitised and healthy air in poorly ventilated indoor spaces.
Co-created the worlds first ever gravel race series "Gravel Epic". Four challenging races at amazing travel destinations. This is where my professional take on experiential event production and my beloved sport came together. Gravel Epic is meanwhile integrated in the Ironman Group.
P&L responsible for the Iberian branch office of the worlds largest provider of temporary structures. Organisation built from skratch. Management of large strategic accounts such as 32nd America's Cup, 3GSM Mobile World Congress, Bread & Butter Fashion tradeshow, Volvo Ocean Race, Madrid Open Tennis, Banco Sabadall Open Tennis, FIRA de Barcelona etc.
P&L responsible for the business unit that covered all areas of the world where the De Boer Group does not have branch offices. Mainly active within Scandinavia, France, Southern Europe, Middle-East, and Africa. Management of alliances, agency network and large accounts such as Olympic Games, 24 hrs of Le Mans, Audi, Bentley, Qatar Airways, Doha Asian Games, State of Qatar etc.
Head sales department, set-up sales programmes, direct sales, lead of commercial departments of De Boer Group into a new SAP era, including business re-design.
