Strategic advices and information for business set up with OEM’s, Tier One, MRO, Airlines. Expert in analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities to build revenues. Development of contacts and representation to a large panel of aeronautics buyers. Ability to quickly cultivate relationships with very difficult to access, influential decision maker (OEM’s, Tier One) Sales activity and business intelligence. Proactively approach account and business challenges applying problem solving, persistence, teamwork and resourcefulness to achieve positive results.
Responsible for introducing multiple product lines and benefits to Airbus senior management for direct serial production and/or in-service aircraft retrofit. Successfully guided the strategy that was responsible for securing a long-term contract for cargo loading systems on Airbus A330/A340. Developed Sales/Marketing strategy for customers in Europe Middle-East Africa and The Americas resulting ~$30M sales. Captured ~$20M contract for cargo loading systems for B747F/SF Aircraft. Secured ~$5M contract for ATR 42/72 reinforced cockpit doors.
Responsible for implementing Barry Controls business unit in Europe, Toulouse (~$7M/year). Develop and lead 20 people. Build excellent reputation for a new US Company Repair Center & Distribution Center in Europe to cover EMEA market. Develop a strong and efficient Field Service and Product Support program.
