Temporary assignment Act as HR Business Partner to the European Leadership team. Central point of contact for country-based HR Managers for all HR related matters including recruitment, compensation & benefits, social cases and organizational development processes. Implement performance management and succession planning tools for Europe.
Member of the European Corporate HR Team, reporting directly to the VP HR. Act as the key integrator between Corporate and 14 countries (5,500 employees) with as main objective, to ensure the business has the right talent and leadership pipeline to deliver its mission. Manage & enhance Reward & Recognition processes for the Business Unit. Contribute to the development and administration of Corporate HR programs in compensation & benefits, rewards, performance management and talent management. HR Business Partner to the Indirect Sales -Vertical Sales Business Unit. Main responsibilities: -Promote development initiatives (skills, resources, processes) in alignment with the Business Unit strategy -Manage HR processes (performance appraisals, development planning, salary review ) in close cooperation with Business and HR Leaders -Design appropriate bonus/incentive plans to drive high performance and employee engagement. -Develop and drive Performance Management ,Talent Management , Talent Mobility,engagement programs. and best practices.
Regional HR Business Partner/Manager responsible for supporting, coaching Eastern and Western countries on HR activities and processes to support the Business strategy. Implement HR strategy/ Talent Management processes and procedures including the development of a competency framework, job description templates, recruitment, On-boarding processes, performance management, leadership development, succession planning and recognition programs. Develop and follow up guidelines communication plan, & tools and internal communication platforms. Reporting to the Divisional President and dotted reporting to the Global HR Leader. Global Key Projects for all European countries: Employee Engagement- Employee survey process & Recognition programs Training & Development: Creation of a global English Online tool Management Training Program implementation including selection of candidates
