After working more than 20 years in the Real Estate sector on the Costa del Sol, I have gathered experience in almost every angle of the market. Initially, our company, Start Group, was dedicated to selling holiday homes to expats mainly from northern Europe. We have now grown to be an Estate Agency who handles all aspects including refurbishments, management and sales and investments! Beside this we are exclusive agents for one of the most prestigious New Developments, Jardinana, on the coast!

I managed 6 offices monitoring 20 sales representatives, property valuers and sales assistants. Negociating commission structures with property developers and setting targets for each individual branch and sales person.
Starting as sales manager in a local branch and grown within the company to run the sales operation of 6 branches in the Marbella - Costa del Sol area.
