I am a technology and product executive with 15+ years at BMW, combining a strong engineering foundation across digital platforms & ecosystems, UI/UX, complex hardware-software systems and AI. I contribute PhD-level engineering depth combined with product, partner and organizational leadership across Europe, China and the US. Today, I lead BMW’s China UI and Speech Assistant organization, with 200+ internal/JV colleagues and a €30m+ annual budget. My scope includes UI/UX and HMI, speech and AI, LLM/agentic systems, and L2++ ADAS interaction. Previously, I led BMW’s Entertainment & App Store organization and the >€50m BMW Theatre Screen program, combining product strategy, complex hardware-software integration, global technology ecosystems and large-scale organizational leadership.
