▪ Force continuous improvements in the area of demand planning together with the Business ▪ Monitor current month order pattern and check against plan (plan vs. order) ▪ Initiate corrective actions in agreement with the Business Lines ▪ Monitor stock and service level for assigned product groups ▪ Coordinate MRP and RCCP, resolve as many conflicts as possible in advance of S&OP meeting ▪ Facilitate S&OP meeting and record decisions ▪ Follow-up decisions made in S&OP meeting and ensure correct actions are met ▪ Ensure an on-going optimization of inventory levels in balance with required service levels ▪ Manage material availability, shortages and overstocks and gives clear directions to Order Fullfiller and Masterplanner ▪ Monitor inventory development and create alerts against targets if anomalies are observed ▪ Elaborate inventory issues mitigation proposals based on alerts and communicate to Business Lines, Supply Chain Management and Production ▪ Participate/lead supply chain projects
