I am a professional manager, with more than 10 years experiences in various supply chain jobs. My core competency is to run a highly qualified supply chain process where we deliver the best customer service against the best price. My key skill is to maintain relationships and able to realize ambitious targets. I am able quickly adept and gather (market, business and supplier) knowledge, which makes me equipped to work in complex and constantly changing environments. I am good at coordinating between different stakeholders to ensure a timely and correct delivery to the client. I have a passion for realizing goals and targets, and I am continuously looking for the best SCM model on local or international level, in or outsourcing or hybrid models. Responsibilities: take care for the optimum stock levels for the product groups DVD’s and flash drives for the European Market. In this role I had a close collaboration with all the sales and marketing departments in the sales offices in almost all European Countries. Results: implemented new forecast and purchase models. The new product groups had a much shorter life cycle and the demand was growing rapidly. There was a big need for a flexible, pro-active person to run these product groups. I lead these product groups really successful because of a good collaboration with all stakeholders. In this roll I was also responsible for the S&OP process.
Responsibilities: run several logistical projects and warehouse process improvements for different brands like IBM and Nortel. For IBM I streamlined the inbound and packaging process, and for Nortel I was responsible for the insourcing of Nortel processes from DHL to our own warehouse. The last project was the movement of the warehouse from Amsterdam to Rosmalen Results: Improved the quality and the turn around time of the inbound and packaging process significantly. With insourcing the Nortel brand the stock accuracy improved from 86% to 99%. For the new warehouse in Rosmalen I designed the new warehouse lay out and was responsible to deliver the old warehouse empty.
Responsibilities: monitor and planned the movements of the after sales products from customer to supplier and the return process back to the customer within the defined KPI’s. I created the management reporting with KPI’s and SLA performances. Results: implemented some process improvements to reduce the lead times and monitored the reporting closely to react pro-actively on changes of results
