Pascal founded SwissEnoV SA in March 2011, bringing over 30 years of experience in innovation and IT, including 25 years in healthcare transformation. As CEO and founder, he drives the company’s strategy, sales, and marketing, with a proven ability to lead in complex, competitive environments. His career spans 30+ years of leadership in innovation, healthcare, and technology across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. From 2006 to 2011, Pascal was CEO and co-founder of Leader Health, a Geneva-based international consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as Director of HIMSS Europe, Middle East, and Africa, playing a key role in launching HIMSS in Europe. Between 2003 and 2005, he was Vice President at HP EMEA, leading the Healthcare Business Unit. He joined HP from Cisco Systems, where he spent nine years in senior roles, from Sales Director in Switzerland to EMEA Public Sector leadership. Earlier, he held executive roles at Telecom Systems Switzerland and Cross Comm Corporation, and began his career at CERN in Geneva in IT management.
