• Contributed to Ella, Wizcommerce's AI Order Entry assistant — worked on the order & quote flow pipeline, building & enhancing customer, attachment & body node-level agents to improve extraction accuracy, refine prompts & integrate tools. Built APIs for frontend teams & implemented order form comparison logic to diff AI-extracted output against user submissions. • Researched & integrated an accurate, low-cost OCR API; built chunk-splitting strategies for long-form PO documents & developed internal automation scripts for dataset curation & dry run EVAL reports to test the workflows with LangSmith tracing & observability to benchmark extraction quality across document types. • Drove product thinking & feature ownership across research, prompt engineering & cross-functional collaboration to ship AI workflow improvements in a fast-paced startup.
