• Conducted 17 interviews with senior leaders and AUTs, analyzed the findings of 30+ research papers and benchmarked best practices to identify the factors influencing the performance and retention of AUTs • Evaluated hiring instruments to measure the identified factors and shortlist candidates, and selected the most suitable one for ITC’s campus hiring process, involving 30+ premier institutions across India • Piloted and analyzed the pilot test results and found a high correlation on (>0.5) between the instrument scores and the conversion rate of KITES Summer Interns to AUTs (Management Trainees) • Contributed to the successful implementation and integration of the hiring instrument within ITC’s campus hiring process, resulting in improved efficiency and quality of talent acquired • Received a Pre-Placement Offer for internship performance
