Member of advanced digital design and manufacturing (ADAM) team at Airbus' innovation center writing software for design and manufacturing of commercial aircraft Examples of developed software include: - Vision transformer NN (multi-modal input) for zero shot object detection of component assemblies, foreign object debris, and related jigs/tools on assembly lines - 3D CNN for spatiotemporal action detection of installation process in manufacturing environments - Wearable BLE sensor based optimal resource utilization/allocation system for worker/resources in plants - reallocation of delayed parts optimization algorithm for aircraft production logistics unit - Clash detection algorithm on 3D Aircraft monuments changed by cabin modifications to determine change feasibility and part reusability
- Retrofit cabin design engineering for structure, airframe, and electrical routing modifications on A320 Aircraft family nose and forward fuselage area. - As part of a cross-functional group of software engineers, develop algorithms and accompanying web applications to solve/automate various parts of Airbus engineering process. Examples include: - computing structure delta of A350 Aircraft cabin modifications and subsequent weight and CG impact - natural language processing based deep neural network for predicting mechanical assemblies impacted by given modification - Optimization algorithm to produce passenger service channel layout based on financial and geometric constraints Contributed to building backend, frontend, CI/CD and DevOps for above listed software web applications
