• Create and process purchase orders and submit them to vendors • Process item receipts upon confirmation of shipment • Partner with other departments to maintain integrity of PO’s/SO’s (purchase orders/sales orders) across various BevSource subsidiaries. Proper ship dates, delivery dates, pricing, etc. • Coordinate deliveries with internal and 3rd party partners • Coordinate receipt of proper documentation for shipments, receipts, and other transactions. Follow-up on issues and discrepancies with shipments • Maintain PO/SO integrity for all raw material and/or packaging items within NetSuite MRP
• Coordinate deliveries with internal and 3rd party partners for complex, high-volume projects to multi-dwelling buildings. • Build relationships with vendors by setting up weekly meetings to ensure we are on track for stock for upcoming projects and that we are hitting deliveries on time. • Build trackers to provide real time tracking updates on items needed for high volume, complex projects. • Partner with vendors to ensure we hit the projected ETAs to meet on-time project delivery.
• Provided pre- and post-order operational and logistical support to our business-to-business account managers over multiple communication channels (Email, Phone, CRM software, Microsoft Teams). • Partnered with external logistics vendors to provide freight quotes and tracking to ensure orders were delivered on time for our clients. • Partnered with vendors to verify stock for day-to-day orders and mass order projects. • Curated multi-phase orders for multi-million-dollar mass order projects in which each project contained 200+ orders and $600,000+ worth of product. • Dedicated trainer for new sales support staff and outside team members.
