I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, mainly Criminology and I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Animal Ethics. Additionally, I have a diploma as a Veterinary Assistant and I have participated in many seminars and educational courses in both fields of study. For the past 10 years I have been working as a veterinary assistant which has given me a very clear insight of how humans interact with non-human beings on the basis of "owning" a pet, which I consider a problematic concept rooted in speciesism . My goal is to educate people about this issue and help shift the focus beyond companion animals, emphasizing that all lives matter and that all species on Earth are interconnected. I am passionate about non-human animals and the environment in general, so I keep up with the theoretical advances in my fileds of study, especially animal ethics, green criminology and criminology in general, against humans and non-human beings, vulneral groups of people, social inequality, sociology, social psycology, philopospy and even astronomy and cosmology in an amateur level. Beyond academic knowledge, I am committed to translating education into action, advocating for the well-being of all living beings and the responsible management of our environment. Additionally, I have a strong interest in technological advancements, music, and literature.
