    ● Interviewed, trained and developed a team of 60 BDE/M/SM ensuring average inputs of 2.5 hours of call time per day (15% higher than average) and 3 customer visits per week through a daily input tracking system. ● Achieved 1.2Cr+ in commission revenue, GTV over 40Cr with around 60 properties sold in the JAS quarter through weekly tracking of pipeline and touchpoints with prospects. Achieved a top 10% rank in the city for the quarter. ● Accomplished a higher commission slab by sometimes as much as 50% for select projects or builders by playing an integral part in working with the C Suite to negotiate exclusive mandates with developers through market research and analysis.
