I have over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR advisory functions across various sectors, including local government, healthcare IT, retail, consumer electronics and online gaming. I am also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a HR Stream Lead for the Auckland Metro Holidays Act Programme, where I am responsible for the rectification and remediation of the multi-jobbers work stream for over 33,000 headcounts across three DHBs and four DHB controlled entities. I collaborate with the national Project Managers from other DHBs to achieve consistency and sustainability in HR processes and compliance.
