• Single Point of Contact for the R2R team (700+ employees doing accounting, closing, reconciliation and reporting) for all IT related projects and issues • Providing support in day-to-day issues as well as projects • Oversee the functional and the technical background of global Enterprise Standard processes (Cash reconciliation, AP and AR accounting, Closing, Reconciliation, Payroll Accounting, HR, Intercompany Billing) • Supporting Financial Closing Period – 30+ ERP instances, 200+ business critical applications, 1000+ users • Collaborate with other internal functional teams (such as Simplification Team, HR, Sourcing) to identify, plan and execute process improvement opportunities • Lead the Integrations (Payroll, Interco, Banking systems, Special Sub-Ledgers) side of the Oracle EBS R12 implementations into Greece and Israel using SOA services • Lead the - ERP independent - Cash Reconciliation tool development and implementation project • Managing the budget and the vendor to deliver monthly sprints in an Agile Methodology • Lead the design and delivery of 4 Manual Journal Entry Compliance projects • Implementing Oracle AME module for MJE approval • Delivering a custom built - ERP independent – MJE approval tool using SOA interfaces
• Lead the support team (20+ people) of a global, business critical application used by the Field Engineers • Building the support team from scratch as the tool was rolled out as a new product • Creating and signing the SLA for the application • Defining KPIs and report them on monthly basis • Building availability and performance monitoring jobs using HP Business Availability Center • Implementing performance improvements solutions to meet user requirements • Lead the ticket reduction initiative and executing changes based on the findings • Responsible for small enhancements (<15 days) and monthly releases • Acting as an IT Trainer for 10 new hires who joined the company at the same time
