I have progressed through all project phases in different areas: SNP, DP, Supplier & customer collaboration supporting European, Asia Pacific & North America markets. In the analyze phase I was engaged to assist with SAP APO Masterdata readiness and defined APO requirements. In detailed design phase I provided ECC–APO Master data object mapping (DOMD) and field definition, and provided advice and support on Masterdata cleansing, archiving and readiness in existing SAP ECC6 and Manugistics system. Additionally I was part of High Level CIF design. In Product test / UAT I provided data cutover rehearsal plan and supported all test phases and CIF processes in All Development and Test systems + integration testing. Additionally documented the CIF, Integration model and CIF background job requirements; as well as housekeeping jobs for best practice CIF management. In Go-live we successfully completed TCO / DCO and BCO and created a reusable data cutover plan for future deployments. Successfully integrated APO with the R/3 Production system, aligned with SAP best practice. After go-live in warranty I provided full support to the business and documented all changes to complete the Global design. I created reusable tools and SAP queries to support post go-live processes and future deployments. As a CIF super user I was responsible for: learn and manage Core Interface (CIF) between SAP-ECC and SAP-APO tool, document and develop all the processes, test and highlight all the gaps, drive the CIF cutover activities through the first go-live. I was charged to continuously support on a daily basis after go-live (focus on CIF queue management (CQ), CIF Post processing records (CPP) and Compare & Refresh (CCR/ ZDELTA), CC), maintain issues from Weekend and Nightly planning run. Owned the process to discover and debug master and transactional data issues. Other responsibility is to ensure nightly jobs have run; develop solution for the following deployments and develop processes.
