About

I help organizations turn complex requirements into systems that actually work so teams can focus on impact instead of scrambling between deadlines. My career has been built at the intersection of public health, clinical research, medicine, and program implementation. Over the past 6 years, I have co-led a regional team on $40M+ projects across CDC initiatives achieving 100% of KPIs. I have pulled in my experience working on NIH and GSK funded clinical trials to write SOPs, optimize CRM workflows, and build standardized reporting frameworks that cut turnaround time in half. Drawing on my operating room experience, I have partnered with organizations like NAHQ and Vizient to lead statewide quality improvement initiatives recognized nationally by AHRQ and IHI with surgical precision. The work I focus on is grounded in health equity in underrepresented populations throughout the lifespan. I truly believe that strong operational systems are what make sustained community impact possible. I am always open to conversations about consulting engagements, leadership opportunities, or collaborations in clinical operations, public health strategy, or education.
