-Supporting CSR1 CSR2 agents by leading and ensuring business SLAs and service quality. -Providing new hires and existing staff members with quality and quantity performance feedbacks. -Deciding, planning and managing the workflow of the team ensuring the sources are balanced and efficiently used. -Handling and managing the entire back office request (faxes, letters, and emails) workflow. -Addressing major issues to the manager. -Providing reports to the Management related to daily SLA. -Assist Management to prioritize the workload out of SLA.
