I started working as an electrical engineer in the US before moving towards the application field first and the European sales environment then. After spending two years working in the Emerging Markets Sales Team and travelling the world I took a MBA to improve my skills in management, strategy and economics. I became Head of Sales in Europe leading a team of hardworking guys in the off-highway market challenges. A new chapter started when I accepted to be the CEO of an innovative start-up in the hydraulic cylinders world: an amazing 5 years’ experience that taught me a lot about entrepreneurship, resilience and strategy. I then took over the leadership of an electrification division within an established and quality known Bavarian industrial group. Going back to my electronic roots and to work for sustainability was always my dream. The rest is called future and is going to be exciting in a way or another.
