In charge of stabilizing the local organization and moving the production site into a new location. From location finding trough contract preparation, building permit, green field construction, to final move without business disruption. In charge of all Six Sigma and Lean activities across the European division ( Turnover well over 1 Billion Euro); this includes all the Front End and Back End functions; directly reporting to the VP General Manager of the group.
