Legal professional at the University of Pisa with a research focus on hybrid threats, digital governance, and freedom of expression online. Currently pursuing academic publication in the intersection of law and technology. Currently at CIDIC (Center for Innovation and Diffusion of Culture), I work on institutional communication and cultural dissemination. Previously, I spent over two years at the University's Technology Transfer Office, where I managed intellectual property processes, served as Secretary of the Technical Commission for Patents. My research examines how legal systems respond to electoral interference, disinformation, and cyberattacks - and where the boundary lies between democratic self-defence and the erosion of the rule of law. My recent paper on Moldova's 2025 parliamentary elections explores this tension in depth.
