About

Paola was born and raised in Acapulco, when the time arrived, she moved to Mexico City to pursuit her dream of becoming an Industrial Engineer. In 2017, in the middle of the Digital Transformation boom, she had the opportunity to join BBVA Private Banking, that is when she first approached to the Cloud Sector, the same one that she would choose as her path for the next years. Implementing, troubleshooting and streamlining processes are just some of the hard skills Paola has grown while working as a Supply Chain Consultant in 2 great enterprises, Oracle and NTT Data. Today Paola is a Process Control Scheduler at Amazon, her responsibilities go from developing processes and systems to performing quantitative analysis all to achieve the metrics and leverage the last-mile customer experience. In her free time she is either skating, kite-surfing or hanging at the park with her dog.
